QUESTIONS OWNERS ASK

Is it month-to-month?

Yes. No annual contract and no minimum term. Cancel from your account page and the billing stops at the end of that month.

Are there setup fees?

Not for the software: no setup fee, no onboarding fee, no implementation package. You add your sites and checkpoints yourself, and we'll help on a call. The one exception is optional radio dispatch, which has a one-time $149 setup to configure Zello.

What happens after the pilot?

At day 90 the pilot converts to standard pricing for your guard count: $149, $249 or $399 a month, or a quoted rate above 50 guards. Nothing is switched off and nothing is migrated; the same account keeps running.

Are there per-guard fees?

Not for the software. The tier is a flat price for a guard-count band; an active guard is one who clocked in at least once this month, and benched guards are free, so a slow month costs you less. The only per-seat cost is optional radio: managed Zello seats are $15 a seat a month, at cost, and only if you choose them.
