Daily activity reports and what your client sees
How a shift turns into a report on your letterhead without anyone typing it up.
A daily activity report is the routine record of a shift, as opposed to an incident report which covers a specific event.
You do not write it. It builds itself from what happened during the shift: clock-in and clock-out times, checkpoint scans with their times, status changes, and the notes the officer logged as they went. The officer can add closing remarks at clock-out.
Your letterhead, not ours
Reports carry your company logo and colours. Upload them once in Admin and every report from then on is yours. A client should never see our branding on your paperwork.
Getting it to the client
If the client has a portal login, reports appear there automatically after the shift. Otherwise you can send it to them.
Either way nobody retypes anything on Monday morning.
